Overview

Tgndata reporting provides a comprehensive breakdown of everything important to your pricing. Whether you use tgndata for price monitoring, dynamic pricing or MAP monitoring we got you covered!

Managing your reports

You'll find all your reporting in the Reports section in the left sidebar.

User-Generated reports

Generate your own reports by using the Generate Report butto at the right column of the table. User-Generated reports are the best way to get exactly the data you need, the time you want to view it.

Ad hoc generation is available only for the Stores and Products Reports.

Exporting reports

Download any of your available reports by using the button. An XLXS file will get exprotred in your compiter. You can anytime see the last time a report was created in the Created At column of the table.

Prebuilt tgndata reports

Stores report

This report helps you monitor and compare prices, availability, and shipping costs for your products in selected shops, offering valuable insights into your competitive positioning and market presence.

Key Sections of the Report

  1. Category Information:

    • Top Category, Mid Category, Bot Category: These columns classify each product into hierarchical categories, helping you understand where each product fits within your broader catalog.

    • Brand: The brand associated with each product, allowing for easy filtering and analysis by brand.

  2. Product Details:

    • Sku: The unique identifier for each product, ensuring accurate tracking across platforms.

    • Product Name: The descriptive name of the product, making it easier to identify in the report.

  3. Pricing Information:

    • My Price: This column shows your current listing price for each product.

    • Competitive Prices: Multiple columns represent the prices of your products on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Google Shopping, TradeInn, etc.), enabling you to compare your pricing strategy against competitors.

  4. Price Differences:

    • Percentage Difference: This column calculates the percentage difference between your price and the competitor’s price, giving you a quick view of where you stand in the market.

    • Diff Value: The absolute difference in price between your listing and those of competitors, allowing for precise adjustments.

  5. Availability and Shipping:

    • Availability: Indicates whether the product is available on different platforms, helping you track stock levels and potential out-of-stock situations.

    • Shipping Costs: Provides the shipping costs associated with each platform, enabling you to assess the total cost to the customer and make necessary adjustments to remain competitive.

Products report

The Products Report offers a detailed comparison of your products across various e-commerce platforms. It includes pricing information, competitive analysis, and availability data, helping you fine-tune your pricing strategy and stay competitive in the market. This report is essential for monitoring your products' performance relative to your competitors.

Key Sections of the Report

  1. Category and Product Information:

    • Top Category, Mid Category, Bot Category: These columns categorize each product, providing a hierarchical structure that helps you analyze product performance within specific categories.

    • Brand: The brand associated with each product, which is useful for filtering and analyzing products by brand.

    • SKU: The unique identifier for each product, ensuring consistency across various platforms.

    • Product Name: A descriptive name for each product, aiding in quick identification and comparison.

  2. Pricing Information:

    • My Price: This column shows your current listing price for each product.

    • Cheaper Price: Indicates the lowest price available for the same product on other platforms, helping you identify where your prices stand in comparison.

    • Diff %: The percentage difference between your price and the cheapest competitor price, allowing you to see where you might need to adjust pricing.

    • Diff Value: The absolute difference in price between your listing and the cheapest competitor’s price.

  3. Competitive Comparison:

    • Cheaper Name: The name of the competitor offering the product at a lower price.

    • Price Indexes (e.g., Price.23): Columns that represent prices across different platforms, giving a broad view of where your products stand in the competitive landscape.

    • Diff Perc.: This column shows the percentage difference between your price and the competitor’s price on various platforms.

  4. Availability and Shipping Costs:

    • Availability: Indicates whether the product is available on different platforms, which helps you monitor stock levels and potential out-of-stock situations.

    • Shipping Costs: Provides the shipping costs associated with each platform, allowing you to consider total costs when setting prices.

Feed report

The Competitor Pricing Report is designed to provide a detailed comparison of your product prices against those of your competitors. This report highlights the availability, pricing, and shipping costs for identical products across various competitors, enabling you to make informed decisions on pricing strategies and market positioning.

Key Sections of the Report

  1. Category and Product Information:

    • Top Category, Mid Category, Bot Category: These columns categorize each product, giving you a clear view of the product hierarchy and where each item fits within your catalog.

    • Product Name: The name of the product as listed, helping you easily identify and compare it across different competitors.

    • SKU: The unique Stock Keeping Unit for each product, ensuring consistency in tracking and comparison.

  2. Competitor Details:

    • Brand: The brand associated with each product, which can be useful for filtering and analyzing products by brand across different competitors.

    • Competitor Name: The name of the competitor selling the product, allowing you to see who is offering the same product and at what price.

    • Price: The listed price of the product as offered by the competitor. This column is crucial for comparing your pricing strategy against the market.

  3. Availability and Shipping:

    • Availability: This column indicates whether the product is available on the competitor's platform, helping you monitor stock levels across competitors and identify potential gaps in the market.

    • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping associated with each competitor’s offer, which can significantly affect the total cost to the customer and your competitive positioning.

  4. URLs:

    • Product URL: Direct links to the product pages on competitors' websites, allowing for quick access to verify information or explore additional details.

Marketplace report

The Marketplace Data Report provides a detailed overview of your product listings across various marketplaces. This report offers insights into product pricing, availability, and competitive positioning, enabling you to make informed decisions to optimize your presence on different platforms.

Key Sections of the Report

  1. Category and Product Identification:

    • Top Category, Mid Category, Bot Category: These columns classify each product into hierarchical categories, helping you understand the product’s classification within your catalog.

    • EAN: The European Article Number for each product, ensuring accurate identification across different marketplaces.

    • SKU: The Stock Keeping Unit used for internal tracking of products.

    • Product Name: The name of the product, providing a clear identifier for each item in the report.

  2. Pricing Information:

    • My Price: The price at which you are offering the product, serving as a reference point for comparison.

    • Product Price: The price of the product as listed on the marketplace by competitors.

    • Price Percentage Difference: The percentage difference between your price and the marketplace price, indicating how competitively your product is priced.

    • Price Value Difference: The absolute value difference between your price and the competitor's price, helping you quantify the pricing gap.

  3. Availability and Marketplace Details:

    • Availability: Indicates whether the product is available on the marketplace, allowing you to monitor stock levels and potential gaps.

    • Store Name: The name of the store or seller offering the product, providing context on who your competition is on that marketplace.

    • Marketplace Name: The name of the marketplace platform where the product is listed, enabling you to track performance across different sales channels.

  4. Ranking and Total Cost:

    • Ranking: The ranking of your product on the marketplace, giving you insight into its visibility and popularity.

    • Shipping Cost: The shipping cost associated with the product, which can influence the total price paid by the customer.

    • Total Price: The combined cost of the product price and shipping, representing the total expense to the customer, which is crucial for competitive analysis.

  5. URLs:

    • Product URL: Direct links to the product pages on the marketplace, allowing for quick access to verify details or explore additional information.

The Marketplace Report is only available when you monitor one of the availble marketplaces.

Assortment Analysis report

The Assortment Analysis Report provides a detailed comparison of product offerings across multiple competitors. This report is crucial for understanding your market positioning, identifying gaps in your assortment, and optimizing your product strategy to stay competitive. It includes detailed information about product pricing, availability, categories, and shipping costs, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of competitor assortments.

Key Sections of the Report

  1. Competitor and Product Identification:

    • Competitor Name: The name of the competitor offering the product, which allows you to compare your assortment against specific market players.

    • Product URL: Direct links to the product pages on the competitor’s website, enabling you to verify details and explore the competitor’s offerings further.

    • Product SKU: The Stock Keeping Unit used by the competitor for internal tracking, helping to match or identify similar products in your assortment.

    • Product Name: The name of the product as listed by the competitor, providing a clear identifier for comparison.

  2. Pricing Information:

    • Product Price: The price at which the competitor is offering the product, which is essential for benchmarking your pricing strategy against the market.

    • Sales Indicator (0/1): A binary indicator showing whether the product is currently on sale, helping you understand promotional activities in the market.

  3. Category Information:

    • Top Category, Mid Category, Bot Category: These columns classify each product within the competitor's catalog, offering insights into the competitor’s product hierarchy and how they categorize their offerings.

    • Product Brand: The brand associated with each product, which can be useful for analyzing brand presence and popularity across competitors.

  4. Availability and Shipping:

    • Product Availability: Indicates the availability status of the product on the competitor's site, helping you identify potential stock shortages or high-demand items.

    • Product Shipping Cost: The cost associated with shipping the product, which can influence the overall competitiveness of the pricing.

  5. Global Trade Item Number (GTIN):

    • GTIN: The Global Trade Item Number for each product, providing a unique identifier that ensures accurate matching of products across different competitors.
