Tags are similar to categories except that they’re not automated. Tags let you group your products together, manually. They’re great for highlighting special products that may require extra analysis or specific products that would need more attention at a specific time, for example.

To tag products, just fill in the Tags column in our import products template. You can add as many tags as you wish for each product, separated by comma.

If you wish to upload your own file, you can create a column named tags for convenience or map an existing column/field from your file that you want to use.

Just filter the tag list to recall products that belong to certain tags, in the My products section.

Technically, your workspace could have thousands of tags, but as with any other type of data, the tradeoff could be slower app loading time. Using only as many tags as you need, and deleting unused tags is always a good practice.
