Overview

Dynamic Pricing is your strategic partner, allowing you to adapt prices dynamically to market conditions. This tool offers a sophisticated algorithm that monitors and adjusts your pricing strategy, ensuring you stay competitive while aiming for profitability.

Where to find

To access the feature, click on Dynamic Pricing on the left sidebar.

Rules Overview

Navigate to the 'My Pricing Rules' tab to see an overview of all your active and inactive pricing rules. Here, you can find a list of your created pricing rules, including ID, name, creation, and last modification dates.

Check the 'Modified' date to understand when a rule was last active or changed.

You can modify each rule using the right edit or delete button.

Once you have reviewed and decided on your rules, you can initiate a pricing run. Click on the 'Run Rules' button, and the system will process the active pricing rules and apply them to the products in your inventory based on the criteria and conditions you’ve established.

To schedule your rules, click the 'Rule Schedule' button. Select up to 4 times per day at the time you specify and click 'Submit'.

Create Rules

Click the "Add Rule" button in the top right to create a new rule.

Use the form to create rules by naming your strategy, defining the conditions under which it applies, and setting parameters like percentage or value changes.

Check out our detailed guide on how to create your rules.

Price Suggestions

In the 'Price Suggestions' tab, you will see a list of proposed price changes for your products. Each suggestion will include the current price, the suggested price, the percentage change, and the reason for the suggestion based on your set rules or market data.

For each suggested price change, you can manually review each suggestion before making a decision, allowing for precise control over your pricing strategy.

How to download the data

If you need to use the data outside the tgndata platform, you can export a CSV file with all the information for more detailed analysis and integration with other tools/systems.
