Login to your account
Once you have already completed the sign-up process, logging in is a breeze! You can follow the steps below to log into your account again.
Go to https://app.tgndata.com/login, enter your email address (the email address you initially registered with), click "Login", enter your password, and click "Login" one more time. Alternatively, you can sign in with Google or LinkedIn.
If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot password" and you will receive an email to reset your password.
Tip: If you are part of more than one accounts, you'll see them appear at the login screen. Just click the account you want to sign into and go from there!
Joining an existing account for the first time
To log in to your account for the first time, you can go to your e-mail address and open the invite you got from your team. Click the 'Accept Invitation' button to proceed:
Next, you must enter your email address and create a password. After pressing the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, press 'Continue' and you are good to go!
Note: Some accounts may be set to allow all users with a specific domain to simply join the account without an invitation. To find out if this is the case, please contact your account admin. To learn more about this setting, please check out this article.
