Overview

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your tgndata account. When 2FA is turned on, you need to go through an additional authentication step each time you log in to your account.

Where to find

Navigate to Team Management from the settings menu and click the Two Factor slider to enable it.

How it works

By activating this option, a 6-digit password will be sent to the users's email during the login process. The password will be active for 5 minutes. If this time period passes, there is an option to re-send the code.
